01. Service Provision
AtlasWave LLC provides SEO optimization and search engineering services. By engaging with our nodes, you agree to provide accurate digital coordinates and architectural access as required for mission success.
02. Search Trajectory
While we engineer for peak visibility, search algorithms are dynamic ecosystems. AtlasWave LLC does not guarantee specific ranking positions as they are subject to external algorithmic shifts beyond our clinical control.
03. Intellectual Authority
All proprietary optimization systems and architectural frameworks deployed by AtlasWave LLC remain the intellectual authority of the company. Client content remains the property of the respective signal owner.
04. Termination Protocols
Engagement may be terminated by either party with a 30-day signal notice. All outstanding operational credits must be settled prior to final transmission shutdown.
